"My Friend"~ Author Unknown

   I read this and was really burdened about it...it's QUITE sad...I know it's long...but PLEASE I encourage you to read it!

My friend, I stand in judgment now,

And I feel that you're to blame somehow.

Though we lived together here on earth,

You never told me of your second birth.

And while I walked with you each day,

Never did you point the way.

We waked by day, and talked by night,

But yet you showed me not the light.

You knew The Lord in truth and glory,

But never did you tell the story.

My knowledge then was very dim,

And you could have led me safe to Him.

And now I know, but it's too late,

That you could've kept me from this fate.

Still, you let me live,love, and die,

And you knew I'd never live on high.

And now I'll burn in Hell forever,

'Cause not a word was said while together.

So now I stand, this day condemned,

Because you failed to mention Him.

I had trusted you, in joy and in strife,

So I had called you friend in life.

And yet in coming to this end,

I see you really weren't my friend.

Sledding (with a double fun added)!!!

    Today we are at my grandma's and we did some sledding in the backyard! It makes it pretty cool... ..since it snowed ALOT then rained over it...it was icy and REALLY nice for the tube!! To make things more exciting...."the double fun"....we made a jump (I'll take the credit for that idea;)....it was tons of fun! Especially when Daddy pumped the tube up a bit;)

And...yes...this is ME...;)

Then...we had this "GREAT" idea of someone laying under it! It was actually quite fun(for the one going over....just kidding...it was fun for the one under too!)...made you feel like you were doing something REAL daring and brave...hehe...especially since I did it laying on my back and eyes open...but I must say...the snow doesn't feel the best in your face;););) 

 

I guess Daddy was the most "daring" he tried it 1st...and,
 by the way, HE can take the credit for THIS idea
